Your privacy matters. This policy explains how Tickloop, developed by Next App Factory LLC, handles your information.
Tickloop does not require an account. There is nothing to sign in to and no profile to create. You can use every feature without giving us any personal information.
Your lists, tasks, templates, activity history and settings are stored only on your device. Their names and contents never leave your device — not in analytics and not in a report. Backups are files you export and keep yourself, and Trash keeps deleted lists for 30 days.
If you enable reminders, Tickloop schedules local notifications on your device, with a daily summary and quiet hours you control. Notification content is generated on-device and is not sent to our servers.
To keep the app reliable we may receive anonymous events, such as the app version, operating system, a random install identifier that is not an advertising ID, and whether an ad or a purchase screen loaded. These are never linked to your identity and never include the names or contents of your lists.
The free version of Tickloop is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Where required, Google's consent form asks for your choices first, and on iOS the App Tracking Transparency prompt asks whether AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, just less personalized. Tickloop Pro removes ads. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
The optional Tickloop Pro subscription is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Tickloop is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
