These Terms govern your use of Tickloop, operated by Next App Factory LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
By downloading or using Tickloop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Tickloop helps you make and run reusable checklists and to-dos. Reminders and schedules are a convenience; you remain responsible for your own tasks and commitments.
Tickloop Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, with a free trial on the yearly plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, subject to their terms and refund policies.
The free version of Tickloop displays ads served by third parties such as Google AdMob, subject to their terms. Tickloop Pro removes ads.
Your lists, tasks and history are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any backups you export; Trash keeps deleted lists for 30 days.
The Tickloop app, code and design are the property of Next App Factory LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next App Factory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tickloop, including missed reminders or tasks.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
