No account is required. Your lists, tasks and history are stored on your device — nothing is uploaded to us.
Each list can reset on a schedule — daily, on weekdays, weekly, monthly or every few days — or only when you tap Start fresh. Everything un-ticks, and the run you just finished is saved to Activity.
